At DiagnoDrive, all products are delivered digitally. We do not ship physical media or cartridges.

How Delivery Works

  • Immediately after your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a download link and activation instructions via email.

  • The email usually arrives within minutes. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it.

  • You can also access the download link from your order page in your account.

No Physical Shipping
Since our products are software, there is no postage, packaging, or courier service involved. All delivery is electronic.

Failed Delivery
If your email fails to deliver or the download link doesn’t work, contact us at [email protected]. We will resend the link or assist you until access is resolved.

Cross-Region Downloads
You may use the download link from anywhere in the world. Software compatibility (Windows versions, hardware interface, etc.) is still your responsibility. Please review compatibility details before purchase.

Storage and Backups
We recommend downloading and saving a backup copy of the installation files. If you lose your copy, contact support and we will attempt to reissue the download link (subject to your purchase verification).
